External sync. Wrong can be external user name/password, wrong CRM User user name/password in the external project properties, or that the CRM User does not have permission to see the external user record. Also it can be e.g. wrong type of password (Hash in project properties, while password is saved as text in CRM)

Connection issue. May seem like permission issue, but it is a typo in the URL (name of the customer is changed to customer) but the error is in dynamics. User entered "dymanics".

The user does not have a Resco license assigned, thus cannot use the Resco app to connect to CRM.

Org with no number and User:DEMO means, that the app did not connect to CRM yet. Problem can be in the URL. Wrong URL or not using httpS. User either needs to use correct http or https, or do not use it at all, app will use the right protocol.

Net.RescoSoapException: Error del servidor: The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.
</Exception>

Need to check with CRM admin what is the cause on the server.
