LICENSE: NOT FOUND is a frequent exception that can appear in the sync log of Resco mobile apps.

About this exception

This exception occurs if a user of Resco mobile apps does not have a valid license. Licenses are checked when users synchronize their app with the server.

Handling

  • Check your license policy. Your organization can be configured to assign licenses automatically or manually. See the Mobile users section of Woodford and read the wiki article for information about possible pitfalls.
  • Check if you can access Resco licensing service from the affected device.
