Integration

Resco Mobile Platform can integrate with many other systems and services.

Supported backend servers

Resco Mobile CRM can connect natively to the following backend platforms:

Other backends

Resco Mobile CRM can also work with other data sources through an intermediary system or integration layer. In these scenarios, Resco connects to the intermediary rather than directly to the underlying backend.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 as an intermediary — Business Central and Finance & Operations data can be made available to Resco Mobile CRM through Dynamics 365 using either virtual tables, which provide access to the data without replicating it, or by copying/synchronizing the data to Dataverse. Resco Mobile CRM then connects to the Dynamics 365/Dataverse environment.

  • Microsoft Power Automate — Resco Mobile CRM connects to Microsoft Dataverse or Dynamics 365, while Power Automate can be used to integrate the Dataverse data with external systems that are not directly supported by Resco. This allows data to be synchronized between Resco and a wide range of external services and applications.

  • Resco Cloud — Resco Cloud can act as an integration layer between Resco Mobile CRM and other systems. It provides APIs and other integration capabilities for exchanging data with external systems.

Server integration

Resco Cloud server can serve as a stand-alone backend, but it can also connect to other CRM or ERP systems which can then leverage the functions of Resco platform. Resco Cloud offers several options on how to synchronize with other backend servers.

  • Resco CRM Connector: A group of web APIs that we offer to set up synchronization with other backends. Choose between OData and REST API as appropriate for your system.

  • Resco CRM sync: Connect a Resco Cloud slave organization to your master organization on Dynamics or other Resco Cloud. Clone master metadata to the slave and synchronize data between these organizations.

  • Integrations: Connect Resco Cloud to various systems using connectors (Resco Cloud, Dynamics, OData). Map entity fields and exchange data. Configured connections can be used in Resco Cloud jobs and workflows to automate sync process.

  • Power Automate: Use Resco Cloud connector for Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps to integrate with other systems, such as Business Central.

Client integration

Connect your Resco mobile apps with various third-party systems and services to access their functions directly from the app.

  • Email, calendar, contacts from Exchange

  • Cloud documents from Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, or SharePoint

  • Secure signatures from DocuSign

  • Business card scanner from CamCard
